2011: Competed in the 2011 Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge with Fall-Line Motorsports co-driving with Al Carter the #45 BMW M3 in the GS class. Scored five top-five including a third place finish at Homestead. Finished 8th in the 2011 team championship.
2010: Competed in 8 races of the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge with Stevenson Motorsports co-driving with Al Carter and Craig Stone the #9 Chevrolet Camaro in the GS class. Scored a fourth place with Craig Stone at Watkins Glen.
2009: Competed in 6 races of the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge with Horsepower Ranch co-driving with Jack Roush Jr. a Ford Mustang in the GS class. Scored a second place finish at Daytona and four top tens.
2008: Competed in 9 races of the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge with Horsepower Ranch co-driving a Ford Mustang in the GS class. Scored a win in the Six Hours of Virginia, three podium finishes, two top fives and three top tens. Finished 13th in GS points.
2007: Competed in all season of the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge with BGB Motorsports in the GS class. Finished third in the team point standings. Led the most laps in the GS class season. Scored three podium finishes, two top fives and eight top tens.
2006: Competed in all season of the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge with Fenton Motorsports co-driving with brother Mat Plumb an Acura in the ST class. Won the manufacturer’s championship with Acura. Finished second in the driver team point standings. Scored three wins, four pole positions, and ten podium finishes in twelve races.
2005: Competed in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series in the GT class co-driving a Porsche with Allegra Motorsports and The Racers Group. Qualified fourth at Daytona and finished fifth with The Racers Group Porsche. Scored three top fives in four races.
Competed in 3 races of the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge in the ST class. Scored a third place finish at Barber.
2004: Competed in the Rolex 24 At Daytona in the GT class co-driving a Porsche. Qualified second and finished fifth.
Competed in 3 races of the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge in the ST class. Plumb set the unofficial track record for the GS class during practice at Homestead Miami Speedway, and proceeded to better his own record in the following practice session.
Competed in the American Le Mans Series with PK Sport co-driving a Porsche GT3 RS. Scored three top five finishes in only five starts.
2003: Competed in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series with Marcus Motorsport co-driving a BMW M3 in the GT class. Finished second in the driver point standings in GT class. Scored a win at Barber and ten top five finishes in twelve starts.
Competed and won the 25 Hours of Thunderhill, California.
2002: Competed in 6 races of the American Le Mans Series with Seikel Motorsports. Scored a second place finish at 12 Hours of Sebring. Drove a Ferrari 550 Maranello at Petit Le Mans for XL Racing.
Competed in the Rolex 24 At Daytona and finished eighth.
2001-1998: Competed in the World Challenge Series between 1997 and 2001. Scored a third place finish in the 1999 driver point standings with one win and seven podium finishes and fourth in 2000 with two wins and five podium finishes. Scored four wins, fifteen podium finishes and 30 top ten finishes in four seasons. Qualified in the Top-Five in 85% of Races.
Competed in the 2000 Rolex 24 At Daytona.
EARLY CAREER: First professional win in 1998 in the SCCA Speed Challenge. Won Touring Rookie of the Year in 1998. Competed in the 1997 Skip Barber Series and won the Rookie of the Year Runner Up with two wins and nine podium finishes.
PERSONAL: Married to Cassie with two children Hugh and Ada. Plumb has competed in six triathlons, and in 2008 finished 100th out of more than 1,800 teams in the 197-mile Hood to Coast relay running race, the world’s longest relay running race, in Oregon. In 2007, Plumb won a half “Iron Man” race in The Bahamas. He attended the University of Delaware and New England College in Henniker, N.H., with a major in history and minor in business.
